Visiting this website

The website serves its images, styles and content without embedded analytics, advertising pixels, social feeds or video players. The website code does not set cookies or use local storage for tracking.

To deliver pages and protect the service, the web hosting infrastructure may process technical request data such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL, request time and server errors. The purpose is website delivery, security and troubleshooting, based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Newsletter

When you choose to subscribe, your email address is sent directly to Mailchimp to manage your subscription and send Elliott Garage news, product updates and promotional emails. Subscription is optional and based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can use the rest of the website without subscribing.

The form asks you to actively agree to newsletter emails before submitting. Mailchimp handles the response and any additional verification or confirmation steps. Submitting the form alone does not mean that your subscription has been confirmed.

Mailchimp may process signup information such as your IP address, the time and source of your request, and subscription or confirmation status. Email delivery and interaction data may also be processed according to the mailing account’s campaign settings, including delivery failures and, where enabled, opens and link clicks. Your address is used for the newsletter while your subscription is active. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. A limited record of your opt-out and subscription history may be retained as needed to respect your choice and demonstrate compliance; it is not used to continue sending promotional emails after you unsubscribe.
